Delivery & Returns Policy
From receipt of payment, your order should be delivered within 7 - 10 working days. Please remember this is a bespoke product and is manufactured uniquely for you.
Orders are delivered on our own vehicles in some parts of the South - East and by a reliable carrier for further afield.
There will be a no-quibble refund on all or part of your order if you are in any way dissatisfied. Please ring to discuss the nature of the complaint first. A full refund will only be issued when the goods have been returned to the supplier.
